Course Overview

We’ve designed each module on workshops we have run for over twenty years in corporate and personal development spaces. They work. 

Module 1 - A Flexible Mindset

In this module we’ll look at two complementary, but in many respects, opposite approaches to acquiring information, knowledge, and learning. We’ll provide a useful distinction on what listening really is and some insights into less stress inducing and more resilience enhancing thinking habits.

Module 2 - Resilience

In this longer module, we deep dive (gently) into a practical approach to improving self-awareness. We’ll show you how to recognise when your thinking is your problem and then shift it. This is one of our signature pieces; we’ve presented it to many thousands of people from all walks of life, from CEOs to stay at home parents, from Lawyers, Engineers and front-line workers to Artists, Educators and Nurses. 

Module 3 - Peak Performance

We teach you a simple tool developed for fighter pilots and athletes to improve your resilience. This practical exercise changes your mindset and gives you more influence over the quality of your thinking. In addition to improving wellbeing, this will also improve your performance (especially in stressful situations) and your ability to access "flow" at will. 

Module 4 - Habit Builder

We find that the best driver of sustained behavioural change is getting people to shift their focus from setting learning goals to developing new habits. Moving from actions to complete (and tick off) towards behaviours to improve (ongoing), enhances sustainability.

Specifically, instead of setting learning goals, it's when people commit to a new habit that learning sinks in.
